HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?
DHL will be making sure all the packages are delivered within 2-3 working days after being dispatched. Shipping to NY or NJ is overnight.
HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?
Simply email returns@hard-swimwear.com within 14 days of receiving the suits and we will give you all the details you need!
Please note we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your bikini being returned so we highly recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
All orders are generally delivered within 3-5 working days. If you need your order by a specific date please reach out to our team via website chat or email and we will make sure your order reaches you in time.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER
Please email info@hard-swimwear.com imediatley and we will take care of the matter. In case the order has already been processed we cannot cancel your order but we are happy to issue you with store credit once the order is returned back to us.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I PURCHASED ON SALE?

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES & TAXES?
You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.
Please be aware that HARD Swimwear does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.

HOW SHOULD I TAKE CARE OF MY SWIMSUIT?
IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO KEEP YOUR SWIMSUIT FRESH AND CLEAN AND WANT IT TO LAST A LONG TIME FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE STEPS
- Do not iron or leave in the sun.
- Hand wash in cold water and rinse thoroughly with cold water, especially if sunscreen is worn.
- Lay flat out of direct sunlight to dry.
- Make sure after leaving the beach that all sand is removed from garment as this can dry out the fabric.
- Do not dry clean or wash in warm or hot water.
- Store in a dry place where air frequently flows to avoid moisture from building in garments.
- Do not leave in direct sunlight- this may cause the color to fade and damage the material.
- Items with zips we advise to rinse thoroughly and not to leave the item with salt water or sand in/on it.
